My next big project is going to be converting over the old NT network here and upgrading to Active Directory. I'm a little on the fence (ouch...that hurts), about if I should stay with 2003 or go with the latest and greatest. I've already started the conversion. DCs are up and I'm beginning to move resources over to the new forest.
